HMC-Home Mortgages Co. is the retail lending division of Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corporation, a 25-year old, privately held, national mortgage banking firm specializing in the origination and servicing of prime residential mortgage loans. 

At Home Mortgages Company, we are dedicated to delivering unsurpassed customer service to homebuyers and homeowners.  To accomplish this we have experienced loan officers and operations staff and a wide variety of mortgage products that are tailored to fit the goals and lifestyles of our customers.  These products include first-time homebuyer programs, construction loans, low-documentation loans, and, of course, our regular, conforming, jumbo and government programs. 

Our loans are locally processed and underwritten to provide a simple, hands-on, personalized loan process.  We originate loans in 48 states and have branch offices throughout the southeastern United States.  Our parent company currently has a servicing portfolio of approximately $ 50 billion, which means that for most of our customers, their loans are not sold to other lenders after closing.  These loans are serviced in our corporate office in Ocala, Florida.
